Yes, I was born on my birthday which made things a lot easier for me! As far as I can remember, nothing much happened for the next seven years, until I visited the Friedrichshain School of Music in Berlin, Germany, where I learned to play classical guitar. Hey I had to start somewhere! Four years later I made the Basic Grade just around the same time as guitar playing was beginning to lose it's attraction for me - with other words - I was sick of playing guitar! After a three year break another wonderful thing happened - I discovered the Electric Guitar! That put the guitar-playing thing in a whole different light - suddenly, playing guitar was fun! So I went and took a further year's guitar sudy at the Friedrichshain School of Music just to make sure! Later, going through life as an autodidact, joined my first band "LEIDER PONKS" in 1994 a punk band. Luckily I was developing very fast musically (and Punk wasn't) so the following year, 1995, I changed to my first heavy band "SHEYTAN" - yeah, I know, good band names don't grow on trees! Spurred on by many good guitarists I'd met, I decided in 1996 to take a further year's tuition, only this time privat lessons. At a practical course the same year I met Daniel - "Dr. Samba-Metal" (More about him later). After the successful year's privat tuition (thanx Ralf!) , in 1997 I got a chance to audition for the band "DOUBLE ACTION". After practicing day and night and driving my parents up the wall at the same time, I auditioned for "DOUBLE ACTION" and a short time later, received a letter with the imortal message "Double Action wants you!" I joined the band and became "Rooky"! In 1999 I was offered to join the band "FILLING THE VOID", which I did, apart from "DOUBLE ACTION" (unfortunatly the band broke up in 2002). In 2000 I recorded my first solo-CD titled "THE EAGLE HAS LANDED". The contact to Daniel had grown in the meantime and in 2002 we recorded my second solo-CD "READ BETWEEN THE LINES" under the name "BLANK". In september and october 2004 i got a opportunity to do some workshops on the "STROMGITARREN"-exhibition in Berlin... 08.2005 - IÂ´m in the recording process for my 3rd solo-cd. I get big support from very good musicans and friends of mine, means:youÂ´ll hear "real" drums, vocals and guests on the guitar and bass. ItÂ´s gonna be produced by Torsten Pfund (my studio college and vocalist from the band "MORS CORDIS") and of course me again in the "FREAKWAVE-STUDIOS". In november 2005 i applied for the videoshoot for MAARJAs (ex Vanilla Ninja) Debutsingle "could you" and was lucky! Since then iÂ´m rocking in the Maarja-Band...
