Kim's compositions have been performed and/or recorded by: KISS, Alice Cooper, The Byrds, New Riders of the Purple Sage, The Flying Burrito Brothers, Sir Douglas Quintet, Kris Kristofferson, Cat Steven, Nirvana, Sonic Youth, Van Halen, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Leon Russell, and Wayne Newton. As a music publisher, Kim has had songs recorded by Blue Oyster Cult, Motley Crue, and Shirley Bassey. Kim has performed on record with Mothers of Invention, Gram Parsons, Wild Man Fischer, and Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones on the Andrew Loog-Oldham-produced Bo and Peep project. Kim Also was announcer on the Live Plastic Ono Band album Live Peace in Toronto 1969, featuring John Lennon, Eric Clapton and Yoko Ono. Kim Fowley has sung live in concert on stage with Bob Dylan, John Renbourne, Little Feat, the Fraternity of Man, Matt Smith, Troy Gregory, John Na$h, Jim Diamond, Mick Collins, Andre Williams, and Lee J. Cobb.
