About Me |

Sacred Dominion, a Pittsburgh based band, is the musical brain-child of Mario Brescia, Daniel Corso, Jeff Anzelone and Benjamin J Chiarini. Founded in the spring of 2004, the four started writing and recording music with and emphasis on intricacy, diversity, melody and power. With the multiple influences within the band, the bands music has morphed into a diverse group of songs. Sacred Dominions brand of melodic progressive heavy metal, along with their often conceptual lyric will hopefully entertain you as well as make you think. The songs you hear, are obviously live recordings. Sacred Dominion is currently finishing up production on our first record. We've been recording at Soundscape Studios with Doug Kasper and Dave Watson. Doug started mixing the 8 song CD this January. When it's ready we will let you know and have a few songs posted out here for you. Dave Watson (Grave Desire) has joined the band ..boards as a full member of Sacred Dominion. We worked with Dave so much over the last year in the studio that it just became a natural fit as we all became friends and family in the brotherhood of music! Dave is also still doing Grave Desire, so Grave Desire fans don't worry. Our first show with Dave at Howlers in Bloomfield was awesome. We brought Tim Boyle up to play a few SD songs and then a Metal Tribute set featuring Dio, Maiden and Queensryche songs.
