+++ BREVE HISTORIA DEL GRUPO +++ Ek nace en el año 2002 con una grabación de 5 canciones compuestas y grabadas por Cruz y Abraham Banda editando un demo con 2 de los temas grabados. A finales del año 2003 la banda se conjunta poco a poco quedando con la alineación actual. En el 2004 se dedican por completo a la composición y grabación de más temas teniendo como resultado un CD debut en el 2005 hecho realidad a base de sacrificios monetarios. El CD se presenta en Lienzo Charro Ignacio Zermeño en abril del 2005 tocando ante 300 personas aproximadamente, después de esto la banda tiene diferentes presentaciones en bares de la ciudad a lo largo del 2005 y unos cuantos en el 2006. Durante ese tiempo se trabaja también la promoción del CD, apareciendo en fanzines nacionales e internacionales sobresaliendo entre estos una entrevista en el número 10 de la revista "BRUTALLICA" de Bulgaria además de la aparición de un tema en el CD compilatorio de dicha revista. Durante el año 2007 hay un pequeño receso en tocadas debido a la salida del baterista por motivos personales, mientras la banda trabaja en la composición de nuevos temas.
