| BiographyThis multi-faceted woman is a compilation of musical power, beauty, and skillful ability. She possesses a raw talent that is displayed in her music as well as in her lyrics.Life writes her a composition, soul sings her a melody. Qianas style has an authenticity that everyone can easily relate to. Qiana tours nationally as well as internationally where she is honored to have her songs translated in Portuguese as well as performing in various languages.Qiana decided to take a leap of faith after she recorded the second Shekinah Glory Ministry Live CD to pursue her lifelong dream music without borders. She is a multi-genre songwriter, composer, musician, vocalist, and producer.Qianas drive propels her into that next dimension where song, lyric, music and style become one. She is rhythm, soul, spirit and music..I am influenced by different genre's of music; from Stevie Wonder's "Sir Duke" to Mint Condition's "Sometimes" - with a rock feel to it. I like various artists such as Aerosmith, Chicago, Earth Wind and Fire to Whitney Houston, each has touched music in a way that will never be the same again. What I do miss and maybe it will be again is rock ballads. It's just something about the harmony in those and the singing.But we all know that life, circumstances and events are the best influences for great material - musically and lyrically. My advise to all of music's creation is write from your pain, your heartache, your joy, your frustration and in the end, you'll have great music that many will be able to remember because it relates to them.Much love!Qiana | |
