WATTS AT FIRST DIBBS CLOHTING STORE IN E.N.Y.) ,SOUTH CAROLINA,.(BIGTIME RESPECT GOES TO SOUND OF SUMTER, DJ JAY BOY ,DJ LORD JAZZ (HOOD HARD DJ'S)AND MY MAN BIG WILL DOLLA BILL for holding me down with gettin the cds out on the sumter,S.C. streets)WASHINGTON D.C.,TENESSEE, OHIO, FLORIDA and a few other states. we decided to focus on unsigned artist who understand that EXPOSURE and PROMOTION are the 2 key components to any artist success. We screen submitted music for skills and quality sound and put together a promotional cd known as "CONTRABAN" this is the first installment in the HOOD TO HOOD SERIES of projects. With artist like SLEEPWALKAHS, B.R.A.S.,BIG TUBBS, SLEEZY P , NIASIA, BACKTRUNK, GOODMONEY and a few others .These artist came from brooklyn, queens,long island,washington d.c. , maryland etc...This is why we named the project Hood to hood. everybody was promoting everybody in their city by boosting the cd on the streets.so now artist like sleepwalkahs are known in california, south carolina ,etc... they got fans in other states that havent even seen them "live" or hit their myspacepage yet...lol but u better beleive its about to go down baby !!! So this brings us to HOOD TO HOOD VOL.2 "TRUE WEIGHT". BUT THIS TIME ITS DIFFERENT !! After seeing the results and feedback we got from the first cd "CONTRABAN" I JOHNNY HUSTLE started 69 SCORPIONS MUSIC LLC. SO THIS TIME ITS ALL BUSINESS !, I started a company that focuses on atrist exposure to the public. We only accept clear quality, mastered material that we feel will be a good look for the artist. We encourage artist to make sure their publishing rights are secured thru either ASCAP or BMI and that the music is copywrited. And from here on out .."I'MA PUT THIS SHIT ON BLAST , THE INDUSTRY DONE FUCKED UP , I FOUND THE STASH!!!" YA HEARD??? this summer when "TRUE WEIGHT " HITS THE STREETS... YALL FUCKERS IN TROUBLE !!!
