| Keekee Rose has been the heavenly voice behind major recording artists like Monica, Justin Timberlake, Carl Thomas, Janet Jackson and R. Kelly, but now Chicago native is stepping into her very own spotlight and claiming her own piece of heaven.Growing up on the south of Chicago, Keekeerose was able to cultivate her talents as a singer at an early age while under tutelage of Walter Whitman and The Soul Children of Chicago gospel choir. She also surrounded herself with soulful R&B music from Anita Baker, Stephane Mills, and many others. This love for music and the stage created a deep desire within her to make a name for herself as a singer.The talented beauty has been working her way towards inking a major recording contract since her days as a student at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida.R&B songstress Kelly Price offered Keekee Rose her first major singing opportunity. Price was one of the background singers for Sean P. Diddy Combs and was looking for someone to replace her as she planned to begin her solo career. Price chose her and she packed her bags to travel with the Puff Daddy and The Family World Tour. After the tour, she received numerous offers to perform at major industry events, in commercials and on television as well as other tours of major label artists including pop sensation Britney Spears.She graced the stages of countless award shows as a background vocalist including The Grammy Awards, The American Music Awards and The Soul Train Music Awards. Several major recording artists requested Keekee Rose vocals on their album projects including Heavy D, Notorious B.I.G., Common, AZ, A+, Ma$e, and Dead Prez.Keekee Rose's talents dont stop here.
