| Hello, my name is Angela and I'm a 36 year old-single mom of a 15 year-old daughter. My daughter's name is Candace Noelle and she is pretty much my angel from heaven and my best friend. I don't think I'd be here if it weren't for her. Sometimes I think God sent her here to take care of me instead of the other way around. She's my rock and she gives my life purpose, direction and a reason to keep on pushing on. I have been on myspace for a while now and all of my co-workers and friends are pretty much addicted to it. It's fun to network and make new friends. A little about me, music and movies are my passion. I love all kinds of music, pop, alternative, classic rock, latin, country, reggae, hip-hop, rap... a little bit of everything. I don't discriminate, there is really no rhyme or reason to what I like and I don't stay closed to any type of music...I simply like it or I don't. I am a die-hard Prince fan, he is my favorite of all time. I remember the first time I heard his music, it changed my life. It was like hearing music for the first time. It was amazing. It gave me chills. Nikka Costa does that for me too. I also have been a Mariah Carey fan for a long time. I like strong women and most of my favorite artists are female, Gwen Stefani, Christina Aguilera, Madonna, Nelly Furtado, Shakira, just to name a few. I like to read, especially magazines, my favorites are In Style and Oprah Magazine. I'm a real star watcher and I love reading about and watching shows about celebrities lives. My favorite actress of all time is Angelina Jolie. I think she is an amazing actress, I love her realness and the fact that she doesn't seem to care what others think of her, and I think that she is a beautiful person. Al Pacino is my favorite actor. Al Pacino is acting. I've determined that he can never die because the world will be lacking without him on the big screen. I love life and I love to find beauty and goodness in life and in God's creation, and in other people. I love spending time with my daughter and with my friends. Movies:I love Al Pacino - my favorite by him are Scarface (of course), Carlito's Way, Devil's Advocate and Scent of a Woman.Angelina Jolie is my favorite actress - my favorite movies starring her are Gia, Girl Interupted and Gone In 60 Seconds. I thought she was abolutely amazing in Gia. I felt so moved by it and identified with it so much I even wrote her a letter. Television:I like the funny sitcoms like Everybody Loves Raymond, According to Jim, Seinfeld (who doesn't), King of Queens&; Two and a Half Men, The New Adventures of Old Christine, The Class and How I Met Your Mother. I love to watch pretty much anything on MTV; I love that show Parental Controls, Real World or just watching the videos. Books:I am currently reading P.S. I Love You. I like books that help me to escape. I read some true life stuff, but mostly I look to books for fantasy. I love anything by Nicholas Sparks - The Notebook, The Rescue, Message In a Bottle, Memoirs of Geisha by Arthur Golden is my all time favorite book thus far. I also enjoyed this book very much called Patty Jane's House of Curl I don't know the author though. |
