| don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, but we'll have to be honest with this: we're talking about
a band, one of those with drums, bass and guitars. the band's highlight is that it plays all these
instruments, writes songs, well it doesn't sing, programs all the software it needs, learns to play
new instruments, records, composes, forgets; all in a friendly atmosphere.
established 1999, rome. one could talk about rock, but it would be inappropriate. nothing of the usual routine: few concerts, less money, even less groupies. all this was a conscious decision, so deep-rooted and fervent, that in the end one should talk about professional hobbyism, with a natural disposition to mockery. although vonneumann is, as a matter of fact, strictly based on the fellows it is composed of, it doesn't disdain having many other musicians around. (anyone interested in collaborating with nn, just give us a call). vonneumann also deals with: poetry, surgery, pubs, statistics, nuance-state employism, acoustics, scientific research, harmony, teaching. for whom it may concern, the musical genre played is: instrumental music. 4 albums happened to be released to this date: switch parmenide (2006) jaser/laego (2002) pulcino angolare [o plurale - EP] (2001) l'invariante.tmp (2000) soundtracks for cinema and theatre have been also taken into full consideration |
