I like to find joy in simplicity. I don't care about reputation or image, and I try to see everyone I meet as a friend. I strive to constantly improve myself, to always find areas where I fall short, and to always work towards becoming a better person. I've been a searcher most of my life. When I was younger I felt that everything in this world was empty and without meaning; temporary. But I found my peace in Falun Dafa. It is a Qigong practice. It consists of gentle movements that resemble Tai-chi, and tranquil meditation. I feel like everyone has a path that is right for them. Falun Dafa is basen on the Chinese principles of Zhen (truth, honesty), Shan (kindness, compassion), and Ren (forbearance, tolerance). In my perception, the world you experience is a reflection of your inner world. When you carry a pure land, life is a very different experience.The exercises are always taught for free and are practiced in parks, it is also against the teachings to ever collect money for lessons. I also do a lot of volunteer work to help stop the persecution in China. In 1999 There were an estimated 70,000,000 to 100,000,000 people practicing Falun Dafa in China. The Chinese Communist Party on the other hand only had around 64,000,000 members. Fearing It's growing popularity, they launched an extremely brutal persecution which is going on to this day.
