WIRED Magazine is a monthly listings magazine for the South London area. Here's an article they wrote about the HOT ROCKET TRIO in Aug 2006 by Big Sis, the friendly neighbourhood band watcher. "Good news for old rockers this month as the incredible psycho/ rockabilly three-piece HOT ROCKET TRIO play two Croydon dates in September. Sounding like a cranked-up mix of Rev Horton Heat and the Stray Cats and with what Big Sis has been reliably informed is an electrifying live show, the Hot Rocket Trio blend traditional 50's rock'n'roll with the raw edge of punk rock to bring you music it's impossible to keep still to.
