| The FP Aces are 4 piece pop punk band from Hampshire. Sam, Joe and Chris started The FP Aces in 2003 and recorded an EP named 'Superman'. The EP was recorded in Chris's room on a shitty 4 track thing and included the songs 'Superman', 'Fish Paste', 'Funky Punk', 'My Fictional Uncle' and 'Two Strangers'.
A couple of months later Tom joined the band. This completes todays line-up. The FP Aces recorded a 12 track album named 'While We're Young' which inluded re recordings of the 'Superman' EP and brand new tracks, mostly inspired by nights of getting fucked at Chucks and Joe Reeds. Bands such as Blink 182, Screaching Weasel and Goldfinger influenced the start of The FP Aces, and even though the bands music tastes have change somewhat over the last few years, the songs are still about the same old immature shit. When Joe visited his Dad in New Zealand a while ago The FP Aces went on hiatus and never really started playing again. However....... March 2007 awaits a better and stronger band.
