David Draiman is the lead singer for the band Disturbed . He was born on March 13, 1973, into a Jewish-Orthodox family, and has a brother named Ben. He started out from NY and ended up in Chicago, Illinois, where he joined Disturbed, of which he discovered in an ad in the paper. Before joing the band he was a part-time health administrator & a full-time construction worker. Before becoming a rock star, he triple majored in Business Administration, Philosophy, & Political Science at Loyola University. He almost joined law school before he saw the ad for a local band in need of a vocalist. Along with Dan Donegan & Mike Wengren, (fellow bandmembers), he started Intoxication Records in 2003. His one solo song would be Forsaken, taken from the Queen of the Damned Soundtrack. Forsaken was originally written by Jonathan Davis of Korn. It was also originally recorded by them too. Both versions of the song are in the movie Queen of The Damned, Korn's version at the opening titles, Dave's version in the end credits. However, only Draiman's version is on the soundtrack.
