.. .. ome inside, close the door. The sky will clear again, after the rain. First, Schallgrenzen is a radio show on a local station in Hildesheim/Germany. Schallgrenzen is a 2 hour show airs every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 10 to 12 pm.on Radio Tonkuhle, available as Stream. And Second, Schallgrenzen is a Music Blog. The Music Blog is open 24 hours. And Thirdly I organize in the irregular distance Concerts and Festivals with Bands from Scandinavia. The music of Schallgrenzen ranges from indie-rock to progressive-rock with occasional detours into the eighties i.e. New Wave (Post-Punk) like Cure, The Chameleons, The Comsat Angels and Cocteau Twins.At present, that..s my opinion, the best music comes from Scandinavia. Alle vierzehn Tage stelle ich neue Musik aus den Genres Indie, Alternative, Postrock und Progressive und Metal vor. Mein besondere Schwerpunkt liegt zur Zeit auf skandinavischen Musik, die es zu entdecken gibt. Aber auch (noch) Unbekanntes aus Deutschland wird gerne vorgetellt. Und weil ich den Post-Punk und Wave der Achtziger nicht vergessen kann, gehe ich gerne auf musikalische Reisen in längst vergangene Tage. Darüber hinaus schreibe ich täglich über Musik in dem gleichnamigen Blog "Schallgrenzen". Und weil ich an der unheilbaren Krankheit "Musikverrücktheit" leide (die ich auch gar nicht behandeln lassen möchte",hole ich jetzt auch Bands nach Hildesheim. Mit dem ersten, fast rein dänischen "Schallgrenzen Festival" im Dezember 2007 ist jedenfalls der Anfang gemacht. Mai hatte ich die norwegische Band POSTSCRIPTUM sowie als Support GREENER in der Kufa | Hildesheim eingeladen. Es wurde ein grossartiger Abend. Eine gelungene Show. Fetter Sound, geiles Licht, ein tolles Publikum und ich habe wieder einmal wunderbare Musiker und Menschen kennen gelernt. Danke an Alle.
