About Me |
|
It started as a lo-fi acoustic duo in 2003, me(matt)and Sueleen were gigging london at the time until we ran out of ammo, soul and money (man! London can REALLY do that, and DAMN quickly too!). (2005) We retreated from the front line, and set up base in canterbury, scouted the land and recruited the best resistant fighters that we could find, making one hell-of-a band. (2007) Opposing Forces on the front line are gathering, however, their strength is based on fashion and popular trends, making them weak with no stamina to endure the test of time. our strengh is in ignoring fashion, applying extreme songwriting firepower and hypnotic vocal harmonies, and finishing them off with sandbags of integrity dropped from a great height. Our victory will be remembered by thoughs who stand for talent, conviction and just good old quality songwriting. We are what we are, a rock band. Not some newly invented trendy sub-genre abomination. Sounds like?...early 90's US west coast rock mixed with 70's English hippy river boat music and other stuff. It would be like Pearl jam, Soundgarden, Alice in chains and Stone Temple Pilots, involved in joint over-seas operations with, Nick Drake, Bob Dylan, Elton john and The Beatles. Air support would come from Jefferson Airplane, Kings Of Convenience and Beck......END TRANSMISSION |
