About Me |

| I grew up singing in church as most R & B singers have. I have a little twist to my story because I didn’t grow up in a hand-clapping, foot-stomping musical church. I attended a church with a more conservative congregation and the preferred musical selection was more classical than gospel oriented. My musical style didn’t always fit well with the musical style of the church. I remember one time after singing a solo, the Pastor’s wife approached me and told me that I would ruin my pitch and voice if I continued to sing with so many "trills". Soul music comes naturally. It’s not something you can hold back. The "trills" or vocal runs come naturally. I consider myself a soul singer and I hope my music touches your soul. I’ve sung in church, weddings, youth rallys, parties and many local talent shows. The songs featured on this page are some of my older material but please stay tuned for the new music that will be posted soon.
