| John Coco began his career in music as a seven year old playing guitar. By the tender age of 14 he had his own band playing gigs around his home town of Melbourne Australia.Through the following years his passion for song writing and a love of technology saw him to obtain a degree as an audio engineer and set up his own recording studio. John’s studio, Kokomo Recorders, quickly became a mecca for professional and aspiring musicians Australia wide. Many of Australia’s top and lesser known music acts have spent a day or two at “Cokes” place refining and honing their craft under the expert guidance and skilled tutelage of one of Australia’s most skilled and original artists, composer, producer and engineer. With todays powerful computers and software increasingly integrating with all facets of music production, the stage was set for John’s continuing and pioneering musical journey. His years of technical experience and interaction with all forms of music are there for all to hear on his album GLASS WALL.John produces, engineers, programs, plays all instruments and is the main vocalist on his compositions.Some songs from this album can be heard on the Myspace player as well as new material that John is constantly creating. The incredibly original soundscapes and rhythmic patterns he creates combine to take you on a fresh and inspirational journey into the world of Dance/Electronica.Yet this is only one aspect of John’s musical creativity. In the ensuing months, we will be constantly posting new material on the Myspace player reflecting his quieter, more acoustic song driven compositions.John’s vast experience and prodigious producing and engineering talents are available to any artist worldwide.
