Handipets Haven is a small home based family sanctuary for physically disabled pets. Our family had always done animal rescue and sanctuary, but when Sidney a member of our pet family was shot by a neighbor who knew he was a pet it changed everything. Following Sidney's amputation and recovery we wanted to give something back to the animal lovers who saved his life. We were told over and over...Don't pay it back, pay it forward, so we decided to become a sanctuary that took in disabled pets.
