Layout by CoolChaser impulsonic started making music for about eight years. he gets on with autodidactic learning of producing beats at the age of fifteen. first time only focussed on hiphop, his styles changed into faster breaking grooves. he takes fragments from breakbeat, bigbeat, funky breaks, electro and hiphop styles to mix them together into a new art of beats. at the front there are evil and heavy drumlines and broken grooves, garnished with fat basslines. some rap-parts and vocal-cuts are suggestive of his roots in hiphop music. his tunes go around with lots of melodies that make them rest in your ears. he gives a shit about trends and current styles – he makes just music. impulsonic never wanted to make music like someone expects. he always made his own thing, from the moment when he bought his first drummachine. and you can hear this in the sound: it is fresh and new, without compulsions. it sounds easy like himself, with classic elements and new techniques of groove, mixed together to funky and casual beats. he gives a shit if his sound is trendy, up to date or some bullshit else. he loves individuality.
