About Me |
|
| Sweet Eastern Saint is a band, a recent venture between the driving forces of Reginald Bradley Smith and Phillip Ryan Wariner. The two have known each other since 2001, a good year for cabernet sauvignon. Ryan is currently on tour with Jewel; Reggie is on the road with country artist Lee Brice, so it was in a few rare moments of Spring time off from touring that SES was able to cull the talents of drummer Derek Mixon, bass player James Cook, and go into Eric Fritsch's Eastwood Studio and make some noise. Derek and James are veterans of stage and studio, having played with and for a number of national touring acts and artists. Their other close-to-the-heart project is the Levees, and they recently released their debut of bayou rock n roll tent revival sweetness. As for Sweet Eastern Saint, mastering is upcoming, online release impending, vinyls and cds to follow in the Fall, and shows to be happening in the local scene. Sweet Eastern Saint is a band. |
