La band nasce nel 2003 nel garage di Lorenzo cambiando stili musicali,componenti e strumenti fino a quando Silvio (basso) e Alessandro(batteria) si allontanano per motivi personali dal gruppo. L'attuale line up dei Negative Trip si forma a fine estate 2007 ed è composta da Lorenzo (voce-chitarra), Guglielmo (sinth) e Federico (batteria). Negative trip (ep)è stato registrato e mixato al 12twelve studio da Andrea Di Gianbattista e Francesco di Florio e masterizzato al Velvet Room (UK) da Riccardo Ricci. Le 4 tracce contenute nell'ep suonano veloci riempiendo il tempo d'ascolto tra svariate combinazioni musicali e ritmiche.
