I also love my 80’s, KROQ classics, new wave, dark wave, REAL hip-hop, reggae, dancehall, electroclash, industrial, rockabilly, punk, metal, classic rock, southern rock, blues, salsa, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia, classical, big band, swing, doo wop, oldies... the list goes on and on. Now if you REALLY want to see me dance... UK & US Hard House, Hardstyle, Hard Trance, Banging Electro... a little DnB; you get the idea. Although I can appreciate all other electronic genres, PLEASE don’t bore me with your 10 o'clock warm up DJ bullshit; this girl needs to move. I have learned time and time again (thanks… I finally get it) that the only person you can count on is yourself. You can't control another person’s behavior, or keep your heart safe from hurt when others abuse your love and kindness. Unfortunately, bad things happen to good people every day, but that can only bring you down if you allow it to. Happiness is a decision; but you can choose to be miserable just the same. If you think you have bad luck? You DO. Think you always get fucked over, cheated, victimized? You WILL. Your thoughts shape your life; it ain't hard to figure out kiddies.
