Music:Member Since: 6/5/2006Band Website: nomadsoundsystem.com Band Members: Guitar player DAVID BECK is familiar with culture jamming, in the Moroccan- German Gnawa Impulse outfit he had been connecting archaic rhythms with rock and electronic structures for years. He joined up forces with TOMOKI IKEDA from Japan, who creates beats and samples on his laptop building the strong rhythmical backbone for the progressive Nomad sound. In KARIM SFAXI from Tunisia they found the charming vocalist, whose expressive colourful singing is taking audiences by storm. Algerian born MILOUD MESSABIH is the passionate percussionist and accordionist who used to play with Rai legends like Bellemou or Tassili. DJ SHAZAM puts tasteful scratches next to dubby bass lines, he has also been seen dropping ethneolectric DJ sets internationally as solo DeeJay.
