| I grew up in the Boston area but now live a little bit south of Providence, RI. I lived in Los Angeles for eight years starting in the late 1980s. I write novels, screenplays, and short stories primarily in the horror genre.

I'd like to meet:Writers (screenwriters, novelists, short stories) involved in genre fiction. Music:A bit of everything: traditional folk music, Americana & old timey music, classical, swing, alternative, and some techno & hard house.I also revisit the hardcore favorites of my high school and college years on a regular basis (Black Flag, Dead Kennedys, Ramones, Clash, Minor Threat, Angry Samoans, Violent Femmes, and so on). |

Movies:I'll check out anything from horror to art-house foreign films. I tend to avoid romantic comedies. |

Television:I watch very little TV due to lack of time. I make the time to watch Battlestar Galactica on the SciFi channel, though. |

Books:Horror, fantasy, & science fiction primarily. My taste in non-fiction defies explanation. I also read a lot of trade comic books. |
