"Ive been rockin crowds all my life," says the 29 year old," just that now; Im getting the crowds to glorify God."The name CIM foCus stands for Christ Is My focus which is a creative twist on his daily lifestyle. Believing in Christ as his savior in not a new concept to him, but living a Christian life is. "I grew up in churches as a kid, but by the time I was in high school, I went out my own." But foCus goes on to say that God had angels working on him the whole time, and now that he's come back, he's back big.The rap skills of CIM foCus are cleaver and unique. He takes a lot of influence from 90s rappers like tha Pharcyde, a Tribe called Quest, and De La Soul, and weaves it with the creative writing tricks and word play he learned in school, all the while blending in the message of Jesus.
