| E.P. is the proud owner of Sophisticated Hustlas Entertainment, a new and exciting Oklahoma based Independent Label and Entertainment Company. He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on November 26, 1983. One of the first influences that led him to become a lyricist was his sister Robin. Robin and her boyfriend, at the time, were a Hip-Hop duo, and were on the brink of major industry success. A recording deal never surfaced due to Robin's medical condition at the time.He decided to take her musical torch and complete the destiny that was instilled in his sister to create his own legacy. In the year of 1996, he began his journey into the Hip-Hop world by joining with fellow friends in a group. His influences included "Twista", "Da Brat", "Crucial Conflict" and "Do or Die".Eventually, he felt the group wasn't exemplifying the same effort, so he decided to follow the trail to success alone and become a solo artist by the name of "E.P." He was named after his grandfather Edward Phillip Evans. He grew to become more musically inclined with the extra boost of fans enjoying his talent.With all the attention he received for his music at the age of 13, he quickly became engrossed in the business part of the industry. He bought books about the music business and learned lingo that people use in the music industry in order to better educate himself and others. He founded the label "Sophisticated Hustlas Entertainment" and is here 11 years later, to declare IT'S TIME TO SHINE!!! .. |
