Myspace Layouts at Pimp-My-Profile.com / Black&table My father was born in the chinese upper class, escaped from China at 12 with his classmates and professors, going to Taiwan (education was only for wealthy kids), as the communists were taking the power and struggling with the land owners in main land. Begging in the street, he was baptised by the Jesuits, who were giving food and bed instead. He made his education there and arrived in Paris in 1968, without money to go on study, sent by the Jesuits. He passed his "doctorat", letting him teach at the french university, about sinophilia. He received a letter from China in 1978, by my grandfather, asking him to get married with my mother, 20 years younger than him, his cousin at the 2nd degree (same social class, though they lost everything). I was born the 4th of March 1980, and raised on the left bank in an intellectual environment. I am working now in Fashion and I am very happy about my life, knowing that it could have been more difficult for me... I wish I could dance for ever ! |
