I enjoy transformers , comics, movies, Role Playing Games, NBA basketball and fantasy leagues, and spending time with my family and friends. I'm a huge Crow fan; Thanos is my favorite comic-character; and I'm pretty much hooked on Buffy, and Angel ; and I love going to cons . Yeah...I'm a fanboy. Does it show? :) I live in Huntington, WV. I've been married to my wife, Crystal, for 12+ years, and we have a daughter named Chelsea, and 6 adopted children of the furry, feline persuasion. I'm part of a local group of like-minded friends and acquaintences here in Huntington, called Operation Dice Drop , aka O.D.D. We went to Dragon*Con for the 7th straight year. We aren't just a group of strictly-local gamers either, and we would love for gamers everywhere to participate in our group via our message board . I'm also an avid webmaster with several websites that I have created and maintain, and I'm a graphic illustrator by trade. I've garnered two WV Press Association awards for my work. Unfortunately, there's precious little call for my talents in this area, so I do a lot of freelancing. I do maintain an online portfolio of my work, so feel free to browse. .. |

| My hobbies include Reading (The BBC's Doctor WHO novels, the odd horror novel here and there, and a LOT of reference materials), comics (My favorite is "Y - The Last Man"), movies (most genres, though I'm most fond of Horror), Transformers, HTML design and editing, video games, biking, spodding (which I've done since 1989), NBA basketball and fantasy leagues, and going to conventions. I also count forensics, physics, zoology, astronomy, and psychology among my less-fannish interests. Being an illustrator, one of my biggest interests is visual Art. | |

Via my LJ and my other online activities, I have a ton of friends all over, but a few more local friends would indeed be nice.I like people who think before they type and press "send", and absolutely hate disinformation. So if you send off spammy "news" bulletins about how some creepy internet stalker has killed 56 women, how legislators in California are planning on exterminating pit bulls, or so on, then I will e-mail you back and gently debunk it if it turns out to be false.
