Ray Schulte and Royal Robbins began their alliance with the Saint Louis based band, Touch, and later headed up the cutting-edge alternative sounds of Not On File. Eternal Dreams is the first full-length album from Ray and Royal since the release of the cult-classic Street Suite, which is in its third reprinting.Over three years in the making, Eternal Dreams
