| My name is Emina I am Albanian. I was Born in Michigan, but moved to Montenegro when I was four years old. Then at seventeen I decided to go back the states for school. I lived in New Jersey and went to school there and I met my husband there. He has changed my life completely without him I would not have been a model. He pushed me into it he saw something in me and told me to try it so I went to Elite in New York and asked if I could model and they said yes and I am here now still modeling. I am madly in love with my husband Bekim. He is always there when I need him and he always pushes me to keep going sometimes I just want to stay home and relax, but he keeps me going and I love him for that. He gave up his career for me so that I can start mine. He means the world to me. I use to be a tomboy growing up so I never thought about being a model even though I heard everyone telling me I should be, but I did not think I could actually be one being a tomboy and all. Then I was a semi finalist of Elite Model look in Yugoslavia and won Elite Model Look contest in 2001 which mad me want to keep modeling I loved it the energy and it was such a rush. When you model you have to have your own personality to out shine everyone else and so designers will want to hire you even though you are trying to sale the clothes not yourself. I love having fun, making people laugh and just living life to the fullest. I am usually being my goofy self backstage at shows...it's fun and I love my life and what I do I would never change it for the world.
