The newest formation of singer/songwriter Ian Hoffmans group includes members from the worlds of jazz, rock, experimental, and soundtrack music to name just a few. With a sound that incorporates all of these elements into one cohesive unit, Plaid Penmanship is at the forefront of truly original rock music. Their sound recalls the compositional grace of Danny Elfman, the danceable beats of Talking Heads, and the atmospheric rock of Radiohead.
