| I've started to play Drums at the age of 6!
But after few months I had to stop due to neighbours problems! :-D
Anyway it was to late...The imprinting was done!
Few years later, I was 12, in the backstage of a theater, I found a small rehearsal studio including a complete Drumset and I started playing it like if I always used to. My friends started asking me: "..Hey! When did you learn this?" I didn't answer just because I didn't know what to say, I was astonished like them! When I was 18 I bought my first Drumset: My first Band's name was Black Rose, we used to play Hard Rock and Heavy Metal in High Schools Festivals. We had a great time! Between 1990 and 1995, I've played with a Queen Tribute Band, a funky-disco-dance Band, a Generic-Rock Tribute Band (from Metallica to Simple Minds) where I used to play Drums and sing at the same time. Then I realized that I wanted to play something that I really like, even if this would mean to be part of an Underground Band. It was fall of 1996, me, Stefano "Napo" D'Orazi and Fabio "..The Eldar" Schirato founded THE PROWLERS. After few months Fabio Minchillo joined us at the vocals and, in 2000, Alex Vincis substituted our first Bass player. Since now we've released 2 Albums, our music goes from NWOBHM to Power and Prog, but what we care the most is to create our own sound, having fun and playing what we really like!So...See you on stage!! .. |
