Therapy Rugged One attributes the quality of his life to music. Without it, his life would be destitute, he says. “Music to me can be described as therapy; without it in my life, I would be lost.” Rugged One uses music as a way of confronting problems and finding emotional resolution. “I can work through issues surrounding my life and lay them all out through melodies and harmonies in my tracks.” Pain and Joy As much as we want to exist in a world of joy, the simple fact of the matter is that life is full of hardship to.
