| Blam!Welcome to THE TUESDAY CLUB one of the greatest nights for quality music in the universe!Throughout The Tuesday Club’s history the night has been based around the twin pillars of hip-hop and drum’n’bass. The night’s music policy does stretch beyond that however, taking in eclectic broken beats from the likes of Mr. Scruff, Gilles Peterson and Bugz in the Attic, breaks and electronica from key players in the scene such as Stanton Warriors and Luke Vibert, and good old fashioned live funk from Breakestra, the Quantic Soul Orchestra and many more.Audio visual artists such as Hexstatic, and DJ Yoda (who performed his draw-dropping A/V set for the first time in an English club at TTC) also play a regular part in the format of the night. The Tuesday Club always embraces the new genres making waves in the scene, introducing our music hungry crowd to grime (through Kano’s Sheffield debut) and the exciting, bass heavy sound of dubstep.Put simply, if the beats are broken and the bass is loud, we’re pretty certain to be loving it, and happy to put it on.
