Everything starts off with Led who, since he was a young kid, gets killer guitar skills emulating his favorite metal guitars and making some self-productions. Then Stursky adds his bass to Led's guitar and the first jam sessions in studio begin. It doesn't take too much to bring into the group Mao, drummer and old chum of theirs. But, didn't this band need another important puzzle piece? In the Summer 2001 the band meets Tico, who becomes the group's vocal. The first sessions in studio are all genre covers, but Led's melodies and Tico's unceasing ideas begin to give the band a clear identity. Then the first tracks come out, as 'Goodbye Man' and ' The End of the War' (2001). In 2004 they play at the music festival 'Broostock' as support group of 'Stupido Hotel'. In March 2005 'Casinò Boogie' - this is the name of the band - decide to record a 6-song demo, hoping to make everybody know their music and the passion they use playing. In Septermber Stursky leaves the band and Bosco joins the group. This change brings awesome effects. The sound becomes an offspring of Rock and Grunge, with Punk, Funk, Metal and Ska influences. The dudes decide to change their name from 'Casinò Boogie' to 'Deep Wave' and the band creeps in the emerging music environment, playing two shows at 'Transilvania Live' in Milan. In 2006 Deep Wave are back in studio to record the second demo with 7 new tracks, everyone full of its own identity and peculiarities. Other songs are ready to be played, now Deep Wave is a well-oiled mechanism!! Stay tuned Deep Wave ********************************************************** * ********************************************************** **Biografia: La band nasce nel 2001 , la line-up è formata da 4 ragazzi con la stessa grande passione per la musica. Nasce tutto con Led che fin da tenera età acquista padronanza della chitarra emulando i suoi chitarristi metal prediletti creando alcune produzioni in proprio su Vitaminic musica strumentale www.vitaminic.it/artist/led . In seguito Stursky aggiunse i suoi giri di basso alla chitarra di Led dando inizio ai primi incontri in sala prove. Il batterista Mao, amico di vecchia data, non si fa certo pregare per passare delle ore di pura musica con i suoi amici ma mancava ancora un importante tassello per la creazione di una band? Nellestate del 2001 il trio fa conoscenza di Tico che diventa la voce del gruppo. Le prime sessioni di prove furono improntate su cover di tutti i generi e gusti, ma i giri melodici di Led e le continue idee di Tico cominciarono a dare una precisa identità al gruppo. Nascono così le prime canzoni come Goodbye Man e The End of the war (2001). Nel 2004 partecipano alla manifestazione sonora di Broostock www.vitaminic.it/artist/deepwave come gruppo di supporto agli Stupido Hotel..... Nel marzo 2005 i CB decidono di registrare un demo di 6 canzoni nella speranza di far conoscere la propria musica e passione. A settembre Stursky abbandona il gruppo per motivi personali e subentra Bosco. Dopo il cambio di line-up di formazione la band decide di cambiare il nome da Casinò Boogie in Deep Wave e si fa notare nel panorama della musica emergente arrivando a suonare due date al Transilvania Live di Milano e arrivando a sfiorare il concerto in semifinale al Rolling stone....... Dopo tutte queste avventure a Luglio 2006 la band ritorna in studio per il secondo demo tirando fuori 7 traccie con uno stile più aggressivo.------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------ Get your own Chat Box!
