| THE ATROCITY CIRCLE is an independent movie in the vein of 70's horror/revenge classics such as I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE, MY FRIENDS NEED KILLING and LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT. No corny backyard antics, no pandering to those who want "soft" scares. THE ATROCITY CIRCLE dives deep into the human heart to find the blackness there.The story is about a young medical student who is hiding from a memory in which he witnessed his friends commit a brutal gang-rape. Many years have passed and he has a family of his own now, which forces him to find those old friends and make them pay for what they did. Unfortunately for him those friends have embraced evil becoming murders, pornographers and snuff filmmakers.
