About Me |
|
| The evolution of Skulls Unlimited started when, at age seven, owner, Jay Villemarette, found a dog skull in the woods near his home. Encouraged by his father, Jay began to find and collect other skulls. After graduating high school, Jay collected and sold skulls in his spare time. Four years later, Skulls Unlimited evolved from a small home-based business into a successful retail & mail-order company. 20 years later, Skulls Unlimited has earned a reputation with some of the most prestigious museums & educational facilities in the world for having the best quality, most professional services, and the largest variety of natural bone specimens found all over the world.Currently, Skulls Unlimited offers more than 500 real and replica skulls & skeletons representing species from around the world. All natural bone specimens are legally and ethically obtained from specimens that would otherwise be discarded or destroyed. Skulls Unlimited does not condone or support poaching or the destruction of an animal solely for the purpose of gaining an osteological specimen. Skulls Unlimited's suppliers obtain osteological material from natural & predator deaths, road kills, food source by-products in exotic regions, legal hunting & trapping operations, and from attrition in zoological gardens. You can be assured of and take comfort in knowing that your purchase conserves natural treasures and promote the ethical utilization of limited resources. As for the future, Skulls Unlimited continues to grow. Construction continues on Skulls Unlimited's museum, The Museum of Osteology. This museum will allow Skulls Unlimited to show case the thousands of skull and skeletal specimens. The goal of this museum will be to serve as an educational experience, with the hopes that through education, an appreciation of the natural world will ultimately lead to conservation for the future. Please visit our websites at:Skulls Unlimited International The Museum of Osteology body { background-color:CCCC66; |
