About Me |
|
We are three musicians from four countries (England, Germany, Iceland & Scotland) with very differant musical backgrounds who met through a strange twist of fate to play what we simply call Renaissance Musicke. We use authentic instruments and techniques of the 16th century, because they work so damn well for this music, so if it works – why mess with it? Well to be honest in one respect we do “mess with it” quite a bit, just as the musicians did back then. Improvisation is an important part of our performances and it makes every concert an adventure, for both us and the audience.
