| ... I'm a woman, singer and composer. I live in the South of France (Marseille). My family is from Spain and Algeria. I'm a founder member of the Spanish band BARRIO CHINO. I've just released my debut solo album, Tirititran with some guest RAUL PAZ, GUSTAVO OVALLES, EL TCHOUNE, Kefta Brother (BERNARD MENU & Gil ANIORTE). New project FLAMENCOPERA with Tchoune and Cathy HEITING. I'm one of three divas in "LES ORIENTALES (with Mona and Saleha/ tribute to ALGERIAN MUSIC HALL). I'm a song-writer too for singers : Mona on CD DIWAN DE MONA (arabo-andalusian fusion). My influences include flamenco, latin, jazz, but like a lot of people what matters most is hearing music from the heart (whatever style, era or country of origin). For me, art has to resonate and vibrate. Over the last 14 years, I've had the privilege of touring throughout Europe as well as in Cuba, Algeria, America, Europa, China. I feel very lucky to be able to travel the world with the music and musicians you love. I'm not interested in the cynical disengagement I see around me. I believe we can change our own mindsets as well as the course of history by offering something else.We can be smart and intelligent in right down to the small things in life !!!.
