| Welcome to CeCe's space. I know our paths crossed for a reason. I hope my page will encourage, uplift, motivate and inspire you. I'm still a work in progress but by all means, if I say or do something that helps you, take it and pass it on. For I am nothing without GOD and everything that I am and hope to be... comes from HIM.My radio career spans over 18 years with some of those years in entertainment television. I have worked in markets such as Philadelphia, Atlanta, Charlotte and my hometown of Memphis.Currently I'm the afternoon host for WPPZ-PRAISE 103.9FM in Philadelphia. You are invited to join me weekdays for "The Afternoon Praise Party with the Afternoon Angel" at WWW.PRAISE1039.COM. I'm also the former producer and co-host of Philly's legendary "Carter & Sanborn Morning Show," also known as "The Skirt With The Dirt" on WUSL-POWER 99 as well as WDAS FM. I served as Music Director at WUSL-POWER 99FM from 1994-1996. I'm also the former Executive Producer of the syndicated "Steve Harvey Morning Show" in Philly on WDASFM.In addition, I'm a voiceover talent. I have worked with such clients as Johnson & Johnson, Publix, Ford, Bellsouth, Home Depot and The Georgia Lottery. My endorsement clients include: Red Lobster, Applebees, Olay, HomeGoods and Shower to Shower, just to name a few. I'm also a former Mixer. I also lend my heart, voice, and time to such organizations as The American Heart Association and The United Negro College Fund.For those of you who don't know, my MOM is my "SHERO." As a teen mother, she instilled love and the goodness of GOD in my heart. My teen mom chose life for me and I'm thankful that GOD allowed me to come through her. My mom knew my life was not a mistake. My mom knew it was work here for me to do. And without my mother's prayers, my mother's belief in me, my mother's words of wisdom and inspiration and most of all my mother's love, I would not be the woman I am today.I love people and I love what I do. I'm truly blessed and I give GOD "ALL" the glory. My passion is inspiring, motivating and encouraging people to be the best they can be by embracing their inner light and shining upon all of us. I would love the opportunity to work in syndication as well as satellite radio. My goal is to become an Inspirational Speaker and Author.My life is a testimony that I'm truly blesssed and highly favored. I'm happily married to man who knows and loves the LORD. He is my rock and I'm thankful for him. He blessed me with two beautiful daughters who know and love the LORD. I'm finally living my life like it's GOLDEN! I remember reading that doing God's will is a lot like dancing. When two people try to lead, nothing feels right. The movement doesn't flow with the music, and everything is quite uncomfortable and jerky. When one person realizes that, and lets the other lead, both bodies begin to flow with the music. One gives gentle cues, perhaps with a nudge to the back or by pressing lightly in one direction or another. It's as if two become one body, moving beautifully. The dance takes surrender, willingness, and attentiveness from one person and gentle guidance and skill from the other. My eyes drew back to the word Guidance. When I saw "G: I thought of God, followed by "u" and "i". "God, "u" and "i" dance." God, you, and I dance. As I lowered my head, I became willing to trust that I would get guidance about my life. Once again, I became willing to let God lead.My prayer for you today is that God's blessings and mercies be upon you on this day and every day. May you abide in God as God abides in you. Dance together with God, trusting God to lead and to guide you through each season of your life. This prayer is powerful, and there is nothing attached.If God has done anything for you in your life, please share this message with someone else, for prayer is one of the best gifts we can receive. There is no cost but a lot of rewards; so let's continue to pray for one another. And I Hope You Dance!!!!!!!!NIYOKI-"HE'S HERE"A MUST FOR 2007" We spend too much time trying to pry open doors that God has slammed shut!"We all want certain things in a life, a certain job, a certain car, a certain house, a certain person to be in a relationship with us etc. But sometimes we need to recognize the blessing in not getting what we want. GOD answers all prayers and sometimes the answer is NO!!!. While we sit and try to figure out how we can manipulate the situation to turn out the way we want it to; we should really be taking a moment to thank him for allowing us to be removed from a potential hazardous situation.I am learning that everyone and everything is not for me. It is a hard lesson because we all want to see the good or what we want to see in certain people or situations. But when you get to the point where it brings you more tears than smiles, just let it go. People will try and tell you that you should look at it another way, but angels trust me when I tell you that is only to benefit them. Some people are victims and will always be and it will always be someone's else's fault why they didn't get what they thought they deserved.I read something that said the ending of a thing is better than the beginning.
