We are visionaries constantly adapting, innovating as we lead a movement towards change.This new innovative company is led by CO-CEOS Daren Hall and Joanne Schwartz. Between these two industry veterans they have mined gold, platinum, and multi-platinum sales on multiple occasions. Anyone familiar with the names and rise of artists such as Shai, the critically acclaimed Terri and Monica, India Arie, Inoj("Let me Luv you down", "time after time"), Lathun, AZ yet, RL(Next), Sean Paul(Marketing consultant "Dutty Rock album) as well as producers and writers Roy Hamilton(N'Sync, Britney Spears, Joe, K-ci and Jo Jo, Nivea), Carlos Broady(Notorious Big, India Arie, Nore, Mase, LL), Andrea martin(Toni Braxton, En Vogue) can attest to Hall's committment to full service artist development and Management.Daren has had production/imprint label deals with Columbia, Universal motown and Elektra respectively. In addition to serving a two year stint as a Senior Vice President at Bardic Records a Sony distributed company in which he was also a partner. Daren as also has an extensive background in concert and event promotions. He has worked with brands such as Miller, Heineken, Pepsi, Vivid Video, 3 Vodka, Grey Goose and many others in staging concerts and many successful events across the country.While consulting foreign labels and successfully guiding american audiences in their discovery and embrace of such acts as Craig David and BB Mak in addition to finding and negotiating US distribution deals for foreign labels Joanne Schwartz has executed these feats gracefully and always with a
smile.Joanne has worked in the field of A&R for labels such as EMI, Elektra and Warner Bros records.Joanne spent a year as the head of new business development for global advertising agency J. Walter Thompson, in the agency's entertainment division, Icon Entertainment. She was responsible for providing branded entertainment solutions to a variety of client ad campaigns. She worked with clients such as the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Bailey's Irish Crème, developing a series of television specials called “In Tune.” This show, the first of which aired on VH1 in June, 2004 and featured Paul Simon and John Mayer, paired two musical performers that have influenced each other, for a performance of their songs at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
