Solo accompanying herself on guitar or with a large band, Magali rocks the house Rio de Janeiro style. /.r{}********In the United States, Magali has had the pleasure of collaborating with groups such as, Samba New York, for which Magali has composed, sung and recorded and Forro For All, Nation Beat, Forro in The Dark as well as with several DJs on dance tracks that incorporate her distinctive samba approach. She appeared with the Sambao, samba school in San Franciscos carnival garnering first place award for music. /.r{}*********An institution of Rio's yearly carnival, Magali, has composed and sung for numerous groups, most recently with EMPOLGA AS 9, a dynamic, new bloco out of Ipanema Beach, QUIZOMBA, a bloco committed to keeping the oldest gems of carnival samba alive and MONOBLOCO, a sizzling ensemble comprised of 130 percussionists.
