Television:Worthless...............I am when I am watching it with the exception of the discovery channel and late night infomercials about breakthrough medications that will only mask my true problem which is the fact that my ego has convinced me that love is something to be feared. At least the side effects include the runs, blurry vision, and erectile dysfunction. not to mention the fact that by taking them I can make a couple of the biggest scum bags to ever hit the planet even richer and more disgusting then they are in this very moment. Books:There is a little truth and a whole lot of ego in everything. I like choose your own adventure books because they remind me of my life when I am not sleep walking through it. I also like books that rhyme, picture books, philosophical theories, and everything from the alchemist, Siddhartha, Alex Huxley, the crying of lot 49, surfers of the zuyuva, the mayan factor, finger prints of the gods, tales of a fourth grade nothing, the dictionary, the course in miracles up to the point that you know that it is no longer really Jesus that was being channeled, I like reading lies because it reminds me of what truth is when I experience it. Autobiographical books are good as long as the are not embellished and message less. The bible is kind of growing on me.... it is a good blue print for what not to do in the future. Integrity and truth= love and god. Forget about manipulation and control, it is so 1980's |
