Debut: septiembre de 2005 en el Red Room bar. Presentaciones importantes: Programa Modular de C7 Participación en el Concurso organizado por el Instituto Jalisciense de la Juventud (en el cual se obtuvo el primer lugar) Presentación en La Fiesta de la Música 2006 (Chapultepec) Paseo La fayette junto a Sara Valenzuela Presentación en el Hard Rock Café (México DF) Conciertos de los jueves en Puerta 22 , en los que en algunas fechas se compartió escenario con Stephanie Salas y la consagrada banda argentina Turf. Liderado por Carlos Mastrazzi, Caviar Beluga es un CONCEPTO con estilo definido: el brit rock (que algunas veces convive con lo acústico). Tras los constantes cambios de integrantes y el paso de varios músicos, Caviar Beluga decidió mantener un concepto antes que una alineación fija; pues es un proyecto cuyo principal ingrediente es la ESENCIA.
