Growing up in the Crenshaw and Slauson area. SKG seen alot of struggle. At the tender age of eleven she began writing and rapping about her pain. At 14 SKG took first place in several talent shows entering the studio with the famous bay area rapper Yukmouth. Overcoming negativity that surrounded her environment SKG stayed focused with a notebook, pen and a dream. Going from foster homes, Group homes, Juvenile halls, and camps as a young Girl SKG said "no matter where her Journey in life take her she would keep writing conversations from her soul". At 18, SKG got her first break signing a contract with Deathrow Records and featured on The Late great rapper Tupac Shakur album "Until the end of time with". Having the number 3 single entitled "Let em Have it" receiving major Radio Play, publicity and an exclusive interview on BET. Less than 4 months later SKG appeared on the Doggpound album featuring on a song with Kurupt entitled 10 till midnite. SKG has released an on line mixtape, a street mixtape hosted by DJ Warrior and a DVD she filmed, produced and directed entitled "Whats really Hood". SKG has work with many Artist in the industry and have big things popping in the present and near future. SKG is also the CEO of The West coast Hip Hop regional Awards Which is an award show SKG started last year that Honored west coast Artist both mainstream and independent. SKG is also a main Character in the New Reality show coming out on a major network this fall entitled Radio Play @ 935 KDAY this young entrepreneur is on fire!!!!!..So lets get down to business. SKG is Promoting her new single "Bad Bad Chiq" feat Lil Flip.This song is a Ladies anthem!! Holding the throne down she's coming out the corner representing for The Ladies all across the Globe.
